- 1 1/4 cups hazelnut (pulp, leftover from the Hazelnut Milk, or you can grind up soaked hazelnuts in a food processor or blender and it will probably work just the same)
- 1 1/4 cups flax meal (ground flax seeds)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup dates (soft, get them soft by soaking if not already)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flax seed oil
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup date (soaking water, The water from you soaked the dates in)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. coconut butter
