- 80 grams butter (cacao)
- 50 grams coconut sugar
- 50 grams cacao powder
- Himalayan salt (Couple of generous pinches of pink)
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (roughly 8-10)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 60 mL water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste (OR extract)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (Leave it in the fridge overnight. You need roughly 130-150g.)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (depending on taste)
- 4 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 20 grams chocolate (melted raw, use leftovers from egg shell)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
