It’s ok and was simple enough to make, but probably wouldn’t make it again.

Pretty tasty. I’m not sure if I’d make it much though, because I have a hard time using up the coconut milk.

Ok but the sauce was too salty for my liking so I added honey and I don’t have a noodle maker so it was a tedious process

I was shocked how amazing this was. I loved it job it’s on, while a few others at dinner mixed it with a stir fry and said it was perfect. This is definitely going into heavy rotation!
Note: we subbed the spice for chili garlic sauce. I highly recommend this

This is a keeper- it was a hit with the family and at the neighborhood picnic! I also put chopped peanuts and cilantro on top.
