- 3/4 cup coconut flour (or regular flour or oat flour may work too)
- 2 Tbsp. lucuma powder (helps with caramel flavor)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (helps with caramel flavor as well)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter (creamy, or cashew butter, sunbutter for nut-free, etc. as long as it's creamy)
- 1/2 cup cocoa butter (melted, which is about 3/4 chopped, 96 g solid)
- 1/2 cup agave (room temperature!, or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- chocolate bar (You can melt your favorite raw, or make your own:)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. agave (or maple syrup)
