It was amazing once I added sugar. I think next time all add pure maple syrup in the mix because, before I added sugar, it tasted so bland and just chocolatey and REALLY salty. Rather than that my family and I love it.

This was fantastic! I added a little more vanilla and a teaspoon of maple almond butter to sweeten it a bit

These were amazing! We ate them after approximately 3 hours in the freezer and they turned out really well. They stay relatively soft while in the freezer so they do not become rock hard. They melt in your mouth like fudge and taste like it too! I added around a teaspoon of pure maple syrup to further satisfy my sweet tooth and it turned out just right. Really simple to make, and delicious, too!

Wow! I was hesitant but needed to do something Paleo and sweet to satisfy my family! An easy and big hit!

Changed walnuts for almonds (it was what I had a home). They tasted amazing but the almonds bits were TOO hard and you had to be carefull when eating. So, totally not recommended to use almonds, or process them before blending everything together. Will stick to walnuts next time.

I was ambitious and doubled the recipe, and a few pieces of the dates were not blended well. Maybe a more powerful food processor would help. Regardless, it was sweet but not too sweet, rich, very satisfying taste! I offered to friends at the party and they were impressed too. Would make again! Definitely requires freezer. I will add less water next time and see if it is less wet and I can roll without putting in the freezer for a few hours

I would use sandwich white bread soaked in milk, instead of bread crumbs. like our family always made.
