Loved it. The tips where spot on. I foegot the walnuts and then asses them. They do add a mice texture and another flavor level. Use them if you can.

Cut the asparagus quantity in half. Add some chicken on top or side for some protein.

So good!! I was worried it would be dry without a traditional pasta sauce, but it couldn’t of been better! The fresh veggies are wonderful.

Delicious! I added a little squeeze of lemon and a splash of white wine while cooking the asparagus, tomatoes and garlic and it turned out fantastic! I will definitely make this recipe again!

I just finished eating this fish! It was absolutely incredible! When I made it, the asparagus was slightly crunchy and soft and it was so good. I boiled the pasta al dente. Together, the dish tasted like heaven on earth! Add just a touch of shredded (or store bought grated) Parmesan right when you take the asparagus, tomatoes, and ravioli off the heat you can always add more.
Personally, I used half tortellini and half ravioli. Came out perfectly.
As with anything, you can add your own finishing touches and customize it to your own preferences.
ENJOY!!

My whole family loved this! I added mushrooms, and realized after making it that I didn’t have balsamic vinegar. Still delicious! Will definitely make it again!

Delicious. Perfect for company especially if vegetarians. I used spinach and ricotta ravioli. Used a roasted garlic head, added lots of Parmesan and used the tiny tiny tomato’s ,(forget their name). Served with garlic bread. Easy to make, took a little extra tome as I roasted a whole garlic head. I did not add fresh parsley as I didn’t have any, added parsley flakes but did add then fresh basil

This has become a staple at our house! We've made it with different types of refrigerated pasta (tortellini or ravioli) and different vegetables (works great with green beans). We always double the amount of balsamic vinegar as that's our preference. Makes great leftovers as well!
