- 3 pkg. Buitoni Spicy Beef & Sausage Ravioli (cooked as directed on package)
- large shrimp (A pound or so of, I used the 16-20 count size)
- 2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (give or take, ; recipe follows)
- 1 chicken breast (large, or two small)
- diced onion (– about half a cup or so)
- diced bell pepper (– about half a cup or so – any color; I used yellow, green would be nice for color)
- 3 cloves garlic (fresh, diced)
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (can use regular, but there’s sooo much more flavor in fire-roasted!!)
- 1 pinch dried thyme (or double it and use fresh)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- basil leaves (finely chopped)
- freshly grated Parmesan (1/4 – 1/2 a cup)
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. white pepper
- 3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 5 Tbsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. seasoning salt
