- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 pt. raspberries (cut in half, approximately 1 cup, reserve 10 or so to press into scones)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk (plus extra for brushing tops)
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)
