- 1/3 cup brazil nuts
- 1 cup medjool dates (roughly 9-10)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut syrup
- 3 Tbsp. carob powder
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 3/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, but slightly thawed)
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. rosewater (you may need more or less depending on what brand you have)
- 1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked overnight)
- 3/4 cup coconut cream (the stuff from the top of the can)
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup mangoes (fresh or frozen ripe, juicy, I used roughly 2 of the super-sweet 'Maya' variety)
- maple syrup (Optional:, to taste, if needed)
