Great! I've made a few times now. Really tasty, raspberry flavour is lovely and better than shop bought jam. I add vanilla powder but only bcos It's to my own tasting. Trying to eat healthy breakfasts and ways of prepping night before as don't always have time to prep in morning before work. I make this then sub divide into smaller pots to have with 150g Greek yog + 50g home made granola. Keeps me going from 8am-2pm without having the urge to snack.

This a really good jam - such a great idea. It is a bit tart though; adding a second or third spoon of honey recommended. Can't wait to try this with blackberries in the summer.

a regular on our crumpets! I used frozen raspberries, and a touch more vanilla, to suit my fussy taste buds. Fantastic!
