The muffins turns out exactly as described. I didn’t have collagen so (with a little research) I used protein powder which already had the artificial sweetener in it, but I added just a smidge of sugar to cut that artificial taste. If I were on a Keto diet, I would love these. I made them for friends who are dieting. I won’t make them again but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try them.
