Very flavourful and filling, this stays well in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.

Really tasty and easy to make! I just used mixed berries and coconut milk because thats what was on hand and I will be making this again 😊

Easy to whip up the night before and makes for a quick, tasty, healthy breakfast. The first time I made it I added frozen blueberries because I didn’t have raspberries; tonight I added frozen peaches. Delish 😃

Really enjoyed it. I did not let it sit in the fridge for more than a couple hours however. Was too excited to eat it.

I always have a stash of these go-to breakfasts in the freezer. I use the basic recipe and mix and match ingredients for different flavors. My faves are raspberry vanilla, mocha banana, and blueberry maple. Yummy!

Easy recipe to both follow and adapt - tasty and filling, without loading in empty calories. You can substitute any fruit or jam for sweetness, and add nuts for protein.
