- 3 packets unflavored gelatin (1/4oz each, or approx. 2½ TBSP)
- 1/2 cup raspberry syrup (plus 2 TBSP for swirling in at the end)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup corn starch
