I did it without honey and I substituted the milk for along milk. It tasted amazing, like a professional made it and not some girl stuck at home who's trying to be healthy.

Very good, I upped the proportions by about 80% and that was good for 2 large glasses. I don't like it very sweet, so kept honey at 1 full tbsp and threw in a few frozen cherries to add a bite. Worked perfect for me.
