- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks not melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk (optional – I did not use but you can if the batter is too dry)
- 1 can raspberry pie filling (you can also use preserves or another fruit flavor)
- 1 icing (Squeeze Tube of Cookie, place in warm water to ensure even flow of icing)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh washed, optional)
- 1 gal. Milo (’s Sweet Tea – to serve with the Raspberry Scones)
