I doubled the recipe with 2-12oz bags from Trader Joe’s. I omitted the corn starch until after I cooked the raspberries, sugar, and water. I had to add a little more sugar to taste, then pressed it through a sieve. After achieving a seed free sauce, I then boiled it, and added the corn starch mixture to desired consistency. It was very good.
