  • 20 pistachios (additional, reserved for topping each chocolate)
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate (or as dark as you like + 1 T coconut oil)
  • muffin (Mini, pan and molds--12-20, depending on how much mixture you use for each.)
