Excellent recipe. I double it and add whatever jam I have on hand. Works great as a granola bar replacement in a kid's lunch box and you know what they are eating!

I loved this recipe. I added an egg to mixture as it seemed a little dry and also sprinkled chopped hazelnuts on top.
