- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. matcha powder
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries (lightly crushed)
