    Added food coloring to up the pink color and my gas oven browned them— not because they were over done, but they did discolor while baking and unless I missed the instruction, once the batter is piped onto a cookie sheet it needs to sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes the logger I waited the better they turned out won't be making this recipe again
