- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lemon
- 65 grams raspberries (pureed in a food processor or blender)
- 4 Tbsp. aquafaba (liquid from a can of garbanzo beans)
- 1/8 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (fine, grind granulated sugar in a blender until powdery, almost like icing sugar)
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
