The cookies were nothing special and were very hard and needed tons of needing I couldn’t roll it out so I used my own hands to flatten. Although they are edible and okay the jam in the holes were not practical and couldn’t get the finishing product of the cookies displayed. All and all I would not suggest anyone to spend their precious time on this recipe

these turned out great. i think i may need more rasp jam in them however. super tasty though
