- 2 slices white bread
- 1 tsp. raspberry jam
- 1 tsp. butter
- cinnamon (to taste)

Directions
- On one side of each bread slice, spread butter in an even layer.
- On the other side, spread jam in an even layer and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place the two slices together, with buttered sides facing out and jam on the inside.
- Place in toaster, and toast well until bread is golden.
