Absolutely amazing. My first ever vegan cake for my brother’s birthday. Made it with half the amount of sugar and half the amount of jam because I don’t like overly sweet cakes, especially chocolate

Delicious - followed recipe exactly, but made an avocado icing from another one, and added chopped pistachio and very dark chocolate in the middle (chocolate was 70% not certified vegan but no animal ingredients listed). The cake was delicious, moist and easy to make, the raspberries make it special.

Moist, rich, chocolatey and soooo good! It didn't survive long in work once my colleagues tasted some. Pretty easy to make too. Recommended!
