The broth did make this dish extraordinarily flavorful
Pasta is pasta (orecchiette does hold the sauce better I suppose) and I used penne pasta
There is no substitute for the rapini and Springtime is the freshest and most plentiful time available
I might not use the cannelli beans next time since the pasta provided all of the carb/starch needed
