- 4 lettuce (very large leaves, Romaine, Butter, Red leaf, or Bibb lettuce)
- 5 slices roasted chicken (nitrate-free, or turkey breast, I used really thin slices, use only 2-3 slices if they're thicker, about 4-5 ounces total)
- 1/2 avocado (a small, thinly sliced)
- 2 sauce (spoonfuls of your homemade ranch)
- 1 slice cheese (cut in half, optional)
- 2 slices bacon (cooked nitrate free, sliced in half)
- 3 slices Roma tomato
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill (finely)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives (finely)
