So much flavor and so simple! Prep time was two minutes. Definitely recommend broiling to finish. Really brings out the flavor of the parm cheese. If you are generous with the cheese you won’t wish for salt like the other reviewer. I usually use a lot of tarter sauce on my baked fish. But due to fish cooking in the dressing, I had no problem using the Ranch as the sauce. Definitely one to repeat! Enjoy!
