  • 2 teaspoons sweet white miso
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (or to taste)
  • sesame oil (drop of Asian)
  • 1 scallion (green part only, thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    It was pretty good. No complaints really. I used vegetable stock and beef stock but next time I'll use chicken stock instead of beef so the broth doesnt have such a strong flavor
