- 6 garlic cloves (chopped or minced)
- 1 piece ginger (grated or chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder (/haldi)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder (/dhania powder)
- 1 tsp. jeera (/cumin powder)
- 1/4 tsp. chilli powder (use more if you want it to be spicy)
- 1/2 tsp. kitchen king masala (/garam masala powder)
- 1 Tbsp. curd (fresh, /dahi)
- salt (as per taste)
