- 1/2 sweet potatoes (large, *, chopped into matchsticks)
- 1/2 broccoli (head, chopped into small pieces)
- 1 dash tamari soy sauce (for gluten-free version or soy sauce)
- lime (squeeze of)
- 1 dash sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. oil (for frying, I used sunflower oil)
- brown rice (/rice noodles, to serve)
- fresh coriander (to garnish, optional)
- sesame seeds (to garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce (for gluten-free version or soy sauce)
- 3 tsp. sriracha sauce (or chilli flakes to taste)
- 2 tsp. ginger (finely grated)
- 1 garlic cloves (small, pressed)
- 2 pinches brown sugar
- 1/2 lime
- 3/8 cup water
