    We enjoyed the dish. It was easy to prepare. I might add additional seasoning next such as garlic.

    Cut the veggies a little thicker and use less oil. Add more oil if needed. Other than delicious.

    Quite good, actually. I love to have it at dinner with some Greek yogurt or sour cream. It doesn’t have a strong taste, which I want to change. I tried walloping it with black ground - not fine - pepper, but you barely feel it. I’ll try to add some slices of smoked ham and let it simmer in the oven more at a lower temp.

    It was awesome! I was out of yogurt but next time I am planning to put greek yogurt on it while serving!
