    This worked really well - served over brown rice, threw some bell pepper and Swiss chard in and the whole family ate it with no complaints! Served family of 5 (well, 2 full servings and 3 mini servings) with enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.

    Really good, but I somehow ended up making a TON, and we had leftovers for a really long time haha. Will make again but I’ll probably be a little more careful with how much I’m making.

    Excellent meal. kids even enjoyed it. I also made brown rice, and put wraps and tortilla chips on the table to encourage the kids to eat :)

    We loved it! Added some onions, zucchini, olives, a bit of taco simmer sauce along with brown rice. Topped it with a little cheese and sour cream :)

    Amazing ! I even added some parsley to the ground turkey, and didn’t have Taco seasoning handy so I used Fajita seasoning instead, which is basically the same.

    So amazing, can be eaten so many different ways. I added onions, and brown rice. Definitely could add peppers. I added extra taco seasoning because once all the veggies were in it, it was on the bland side

    I love this recipe! It’s quick and easy. We always have all of the ingredients on hand. It’s also nice when you have leftover taco meat but don’t want to have tacos again. We eat it over brown rice. Then I usually have it over a salad as leftovers. So we get multiple meals out of it.

    This was delicious. I didn't have tomatoes with chiles so I added diced tomatoes and some of canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce which added a nice kick. I topped with grated sharp cheddar.
