Amazing ! I even added some parsley to the ground turkey, and didn’t have Taco seasoning handy so I used Fajita seasoning instead, which is basically the same.

So amazing, can be eaten so many different ways. I added onions, and brown rice. Definitely could add peppers. I added extra taco seasoning because once all the veggies were in it, it was on the bland side

I love this recipe! It’s quick and easy. We always have all of the ingredients on hand. It’s also nice when you have leftover taco meat but don’t want to have tacos again. We eat it over brown rice. Then I usually have it over a salad as leftovers. So we get multiple meals out of it.

This was delicious. I didn't have tomatoes with chiles so I added diced tomatoes and some of canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce which added a nice kick. I topped with grated sharp cheddar.

Great healthy way to incorporate sweet potatoes and we used it in a wrap and a salad. Yummly!
