I made this today; and it turned out delicious. I accidentally picked up chili seasoning instead of taco seasoning; and it was still yummy. I added some cumin, chili powder, and kosher salt to my sweet potatoes. Also, I did not use the corn. Instead, I used 2 cans of black beans, the other listed ingredients, and topped it off with pico de gallo. I’m going to add avocado tomorrow to my leftovers. Very tasty!!

It was super tasty and easy to make! I don't like turkey, but I'd eat this! I made it for my step-son and he really enjoyed it. I loaded it with more veggies!!!

Great tasting!
Added some diced bell peppers.
Delicious on its own.
Suggest cooking potatoes with lid.

Really good, but I somehow ended up making a TON, and we had leftovers for a really long time haha. Will make again but I’ll probably be a little more careful with how much I’m making.

Excellent meal. kids even enjoyed it. I also made brown rice, and put wraps and tortilla chips on the table to encourage the kids to eat :)

Added 2 cups brown rice to the final mixture. This made a hearty, quick dinner that the whole family enjoyed.

Amazing ! I even added some parsley to the ground turkey, and didn’t have Taco seasoning handy so I used Fajita seasoning instead, which is basically the same.

So amazing, can be eaten so many different ways. I added onions, and brown rice. Definitely could add peppers. I added extra taco seasoning because once all the veggies were in it, it was on the bland side

I love this recipe! It’s quick and easy. We always have all of the ingredients on hand. It’s also nice when you have leftover taco meat but don’t want to have tacos again. We eat it over brown rice. Then I usually have it over a salad as leftovers. So we get multiple meals out of it.
