- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/8 tsp. extract (almond or vanilla)
- 1 tsp. sweetener (such as honey or maple syrup OR 1 packet of artificial sweetener OR other sweetener to taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional...good for texture and nutrients)
- 2 Tbsp. fruit (such as blueberries, raspberries, sliced peach or strawberries, etc.)
- 1/2 Tbsp. seeds (my own combo of ground, 1/2 flaxseed meal, 1/2 other seeds, 1/3 pumpkin seed, 1/3 sunflower seed, 1/3 sesame seed.)
