- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. meringue powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (good quality)
- 8 oz. marshmallows
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening (solid, I only ended up using a few tbs of shortening)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. confectioners' sugar (I ended up using only about 10 ounces of the sugar)
- food colors (in the color of the rainbow.)
