  • 4 rib eye steaks (or shell steaks, about 1-1/2 lbs.)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic (finely)
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen,thawed cut)
  • 1 jar Ragu® Robusto!® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°.
    2. Arrange steaks in 13 x 9-inch baking pan; sprinkle with garlic and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add green beans and Pasta Sauce. Bake 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta.

    Not a fan. The way the steaks are cooked made them have a metallic taste. I am going to give it another chance and grill the steaks next time.
