- 3 Tbsp. clarified butter (or ghee)
- 1 bunch coriander (leaves)
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 4 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup cashew (fried, paste)
- 4 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. double cream
- salt (and pepper to taste)
