I made this and it turned out fabulously. I forgot the rosemary, but everything else I mixed together and coated onto the meat generously. My picture does not do it justice, this was after we already cut four or five pieces off of it. The meat was so tender, you could just pull the bone right out. It was delicious. This will be my go-to rub for lamb

Tres bien. Would make it again. No modifications except didn’t have enough Dijon so mix in a German brown mustard
