- 20 mL caster sugar (tblspn raw)
- 1 yeast (scant tspn dried, fast action)
- 1 baking powder (tspn)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 90 mL luke warm water
- grapeseed oil
- 1 lime (halved)
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 4 spring onions (green part only, sliced)
- 1 cucumber (Lebanese, sliced thinly)
