- 1 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese (grated, plus more to top the dish)
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley (finely chopped, plus more to top the dish)

- 1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion (small-, finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped or grated)
