- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chile paste (scant, Calabrian, or 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper)
- 2 cloves garlic (large, grated or finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomato (paste)
- 1/2 cup vermouth (sweet, red, or red wine)
