- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 rabbit (portions or chicken, skinned)
- 15 grams dried mushrooms
- 250 grams chestnut mushrooms (pack, sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 200 mL chicken stock
- 100 mL white wine
- 2 Tbsp. crème fraîche (half fat)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 350 grams tagliatelle (or pasta of your choice)
- 40g (1½oz) Flora pro.activ spread (1½oz)

Directions
- Smear mustard over the rabbit or chicken portions.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the meat until golden brown, remove from pan and put to one side.
- Add the chestnut mushrooms to the pan and fry until golden, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
