    SO yummy! we didn't even have dried porcini, it was still so good.

    I used less garlic (a head of garlic) and beer instead of wine or sherry! Very good too

    I used beer instead of sherry and it was awesome. Just make sure you use dark beers. Makes it nice and bold. Tomato paste thickens the food up and i used baby portabella mushrooms.
