It turned out well though I based my dish upon it rather than really making this dish. I used some shallot rather than garlic and seasoned with salt, pepper and cumin rather than using red pepper paste (I have never used that myself but it sounds yummy). The cook time seemed just about right on and that was a big part of what I was looking for. Thanks!
