- 1/2 tsp. turmeric (unparched organic)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste unparched organic)
- 1 cup mushrooms (freshly chopped, choice – *Shitake, Portobello, Crimini are good and can be marinated if preferred. This version keeps them fresh.)
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes (soaked)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (fresh)
- 4 dates (soaked)
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 large tomato (– chopped)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves (fresh)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
