Description
Raw mangoes are good source of vitamin B and C .The presence of vitamin B is helpful to maintain good health, whereas the vitamin C is beneficial for strengthening our immune system. Raw Mangoes are used as summer coolers, juices, jams, sauces, chutneys and pickles etc. Raw mango chutney is a great sweet and tangy condiment. it can be served with any dishes as a basic accompaniment. The flavour of raw mangoes make every meal unique and mouthwatering.

- 2 green fresh raw mangoes
- 1 green chilli
- 1/4pcGinger (optional)
- 3tbsp Sugar
- 1/2tsp Roasted cumin seeds
- Salt as per taste
- mint leaves for garnishing

Directions
- In a mixer jar add 2 green fresh raw mangoes, 1 green chilli 1/4pcGinger (optional) Salt as per taste 3tbsp Sugar(as per taste, if you want more sweet then add more sweetener)
- Blend together all the ingredients and make either a smooth or coarse puree
- sprinkle 1/2tsp Roasted cumin seeds and garnish with mint leaves
