Wonderful! So yummy, with all of my favorite ingredients I used red quinoa instead, but it’s really easy to make and very tasty. I did add a little bit of red pepper too for a slight kick of heat.

Really good, simple salad. I was going to give it 4 stars, but then I had leftovers today and it tasted even better after the flavors had melded more. I didn’t have a tomato so I left that out. I added diced red bell pepper for more color.

Very good! But not enough for 2 meals solo. Next time I’ll put it over a spinach salad to be more filling.

This is really tasty. I'd planned to add sour cream, cheese, and salsa to make a burrito of it, but it was so good as it was that I just wrapped it in a whole wheat tortilla with some mixed greens. It made a very filling and satisfying lunch! Thank you!

made recipe just as it was written and was quite tasty! I like a definite flavor in my food. I don't want to be adding seasonings after and this needed no additions.
