- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar (or maple syrup)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast (available from health food stores)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar (or apple cider, something non-invasive)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (light-tasting, such as olive, groundnut, even vegetable)
- sesame oil (Splash of)
