- 1 cooked quinoa (serve, cooked according to package instructions)
- 3/4 cup mushrooms (sliced, I recommend using portobello mushrooms but we also use button mushrooms)
- 1/2 bunch asparagus (ends snapped off and chopped into 1 inch lengths)
- 2 Tbsp. goat cheese
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- fresh basil leaves (sliced)
