Hubs and I loved and devoured a double recipe, as salad or, great (heated) as a first layer in beef tacos! Making it again today.

Simply put, it tasted great! A nice summer salad that strays a touch from the norm. There are only so many caesar, macaroni and potato salads that I can look at. Yuck.
As long as you are willing to do some chopping, then do something different! People love different, they just dont think they can make it themselves! It's really easy thanks to recipes (with good reviews) on Yummly!!
