Came out super good! My 17 and 11 year old both like it! It was easy to make! So...I didn’t do the green onions, and I added the lime while cooking the quinoa and in a separate cup, added some sea salt and the olive oil to it then added that to the final product. It came out good enough for the kids to eat! ☺️

Very tasty! I used more lime juice and Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning instead of Spike. We would have it again for sure.

This was really good - I actually made the quinoa the night before using bone broth, then finished the rest the following day. And, I added a TON more lime juice. Really good days afterwards!

I’m a busy student and don’t have a lot of time to cook during the week. I made a huge batch of this on Sunday and stored in individual Tupperware containers for each day of the week . The only thing to do every morning was to drizzle some dressing and go! This was a great tasty, filling, refreshing meal that I will definitely make again. Worked for storage too! there was a little browning of the avocados but overall it was just as good as the first day.

Yum! So good. I ended up using a bit more cumin and lime juice with a little less oil. Turned out great
